@bvfeyj (Tucker)
Me putted me finkin' cap on and pick "You Ain't Going Nowhere" by The Byrds. Why? Move Over Darling by Doris Day was co-written specifically for her by her son Terry Melcher. Terry Melcher also produced "Mr. Tambourine Man" and "Turn! Turn! Turn!" for da Byrds. Doris Day was known as "America's Sweetheart" and da Byrds maked da album "Sweetheart of the Rodeo" dat hab da song "You Ain't Going Nowhere" (which was written by Bob Dylan as was "Mr. Tambourine Man")

@terenceterrier
Choosing another female blonde singer – Blondie wiv Heart of Glass

@djladylexie
Tracey Ullman also had hit wiv Move Over Darling in 1983 when it reached number 8 in da charts in da UK.  She also dun cover of My Guy when she dun changed da title of da Madness song from My Girl. So I dus choose My Girl from Madness.

@marleyterrier
This week I is nommynatin "First We Take Manhattan" by Jennifer Warnes. Linky is dis: Bertie's Doris Day song was from a movee and a man named Jack Nitzsche was responsible for arrangin all the mooosic for dat movie. He did write a song called Lift Us Up Where We Belong which was a famus song from da movee Officer and a Gentleman and was sung by Jennifer Warnes and Joe Cocker. Also, when we was finkin about the linky we was watchin the Berlin marathon on telly on Sunday and a line of the song is "First we take Manhattan, then we take Berlin"....(pssst, its orignally a Leonard Cohen song)
